Create a personal website for public notes, project maps, and research trails using Quartz.

Decisions

• Use Quartz 5.
• Keep notes in Markdown under content/.
• Start with search, backlinks, graph view, dark mode, and RSS enabled.
• Leave baseUrl as a placeholder until the final hosting domain is chosen.

Next Steps

• Pick a publishing target: GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, or Vercel.
• Replace placeholder site title and footer links if desired.
• Add real notes under projects, research, and reading.
